Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These terms govern use of the OneForm application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
OneForm aggregates publicly available building-permit records and provides campaign tools (filtering, flyer generation, QR tracking, and lead capture) for licensed insurance and real-estate professionals.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-export the underlying permit database for use outside the Service.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful marketing, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Your compliance obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with laws and regulations applicable to you, including state insurance-producer advertising rules, real-estate advertising rules, and postal regulations. OneForm provides data and tooling, not legal or compliance advice.
4. Data accuracy
Permit records originate from government sources and are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by OneForm. You retain rights to the data you upload (e.g., custom address lists).
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEFORM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes is Orange County, California.
